Welcome to Fairoak Sports Therapy Fairoak Sports Therapy is a clinic in the West Berkshire area, owned and run by international javelin thrower Jenny Grimstone. The clinic relocated from South West London and was opened on the 4th of March 2006 by the Mayor of Thatcham. Jenny has recently moved to the area and brings with her a vast knowledge and expertise of many sports and their associated injuries. an aspect of healthcare that is specifically
concerned with the prevention of injury and the
rehabilitation of the patient back to the
optimum level of functional, occupational and
sports specific fitness, regardless of age and
ability. It utilises the principles of sport and
exercise sciences incorporating physiological
and pathological processes to prepare the
participant for training, competition and where
applicable, work.
